My order hasn’t arrived yet, where is it? 
All orders will receive tracking directly from Australia Post via email. Once your order leaves our warehouse, any delays are out of our control. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive if there are events causing delays (public holidays, natural disasters, etc). Check out our shipping page for more information. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please email hello@opia.com.au so we can investigate further. 
 
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to guarantee any changes, however we will try our best. If you have made a mistake with your order, email hello@opia.com.au as soon as possible.

How long do pre-orders take?
We are hesitant to give exact time frames for pre-orders, as shipping times and delays can be unpredictable. Pre-orders take between 2 - 8 weeks to arrive, they will then be shipped as soon as possible. Please be mindful that orders are sent once all items are in stock.  If you wish to receive your in stock items first, please place separate orders to avoid delay.

Can I come collect my order?
We currently do not offer local collection. If you are in need of your order asap, express post is still the fastest option. You can also email us to prioritise your order.

Can I use more than one discount code at once?
Our checkout only allows one discount code to be used at any time. This includes promo codes, store credit, and discount codes.

Will you be restocking sold out pieces?
Our pieces are generally not restocked long after a collection launch. However we do have some much loved pieces that we will continue to restock into the future. On each product page you can sign up to be notified via email when your favourite piece is restocked. Alternatively, check out our instagram @opiabyronbay, or sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when new stock arrives.

I received a faulty or incorrect item, what do I do?
So sorry this happened, we will resolve this as soon as possible. Please email hello@opia.com.au with as much information as possible, including your order number, name, photographs etc. so we can investigate further. Solutions may include a return, exchange or partial refund, which will be determined on an individual basis.

How should I care for my Opia?
We highly recommend to cold hand wash, or cold machine wash on a delicate cycle all of our pieces. Air dry recommend, do not use a dryer. Please be mindful that we use only natural fibres and natural dyes. To ensure their longevity do not use any chemicals, oils, or other harsh cleaning products.​

Where are those leather sandals from?
Those amazing leather sandals worn in many of our shoots are a vintage find! We never use or buy new leather, only secondhand vintage.
