Returns
Sale items and international purchases can be returned for online store credit only.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, not altered or washed, clean of makeup, nor have a strong smell of perfume/deodorant.
Full priced items - Australian Orders
Full priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and must be of equal value, otherwise a refund will be provided.
Please note that we do our best to accommodate all exchange requests, however we cannot hold pieces for exchange.
Sale Items
Sale items or any items purchased with a discount code or store credit are eligible for return for store credit only.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for items purchased on sale.
Final Sale
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange, we ask you to please shop mindfully.
International Orders
International orders can be returned for online store credit only, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, the store credit value will be in AUD.
Due to recent changes in US tariff regulations, we are required to pay tariffs on outbound orders. Please note that for returns from the US, any tariffs paid by us to ship your order will be deducted from your store credit. We truly hope this tariff regulations change soon for all our US customers.
Return shipping
All customers are liable for their return shipping costs. We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel. Please ensure you keep your return tracking number as we are not responsible for late or lost returns.
What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
