Shipping
Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes including size amendments or address updates. If your order has already been processed and you’d like to return an item, please visit our Returns Page.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business days from our warehouse in the Gold Coast. Delays in dispatch and delivery may occur during busier times, sale periods and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has been sent.
Shipping within Australia using Australia Post is estimated at 3-5 business days for standard shipping, and 1-4 business days for express shipping. Please be mindful that once your order has been posted, delivery times are managed by Australia Post, and any postal delays are unfortunately beyond our control.
Orders that contain pre-order items will be dispatched together once all products are in stock. Pre-orders generally take between 2 - 8 weeks. We do not offer exact dates for preorders to avoid disappointment. If you wish to receive your in stock items first, please order separately to avoid a delay.
International Shipping
International shipping is with Australia Post, which is currently taking between 1-2 weeks depending on location. You can use your tracking number with Australia Post, and with your national postal carrier for more detailed information once your order has landed in your country.
Customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Notes for our customers in the US
We’re happy to share that we can once again ship orders to the United States. There will be no further unexpected costs or postal delays. US orders have had customs and duties prepaid by us.
