Sale items and international purchases can be returned for online store credit only. 

Items must be in original condition, unworn, not altered or washed, clean of makeup, nor have a strong smell of perfume/deodorant. 

Full priced items - Australian Orders

Full priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and must be of equal value, otherwise a refund will be provided. 

Please note that we do our best to accommodate all exchange requests, however we cannot hold pieces for exchange.

Sale Items

Sale items or any items purchased with a discount code or store credit are eligible for return for store credit only.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for items purchased on sale.

Final Sale 

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange, we ask you to please shop mindfully.

International Orders 

International orders can be returned for online store credit only, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.


Return shipping

All customers are liable for their return shipping costs. We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel. Please ensure you keep your return tracking number as we are not responsible for late or lost returns.

If you do not have your returns card, please include your order number, name for order and return request (refund or exchange if applicable/ or store credit) inside your return.

Please be understanding that we are a small team, please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed, and longer in busier times.
